SHIPPING

Items in stock will usually ship within 2-3 business days. All orders are shipped via FedEx. You will receive email notification via FedEx when your order is shipped. Normal Ground/Home Delivery typically arrives in 2-5 business days depending on location within the United States. At this time, we only ship within the 48 contiguous States. If you require special shipping not offered or delivery to Hawaii or Alaska, please call us at 704-896-7694. We will do our best to accommodate you.

We strive to keep our website updated with accurate on-hand availability. Infrequently, an item may be out of stock. When this occurs, we will contact you with an approximate back order ship date and/or a suggestion for an alternate style.

RETURN AND EXCHANGE POLICY

We want you to be happy.

Products can be returned or exchanged up to 14 days of receipt. All items must be unused and in original condition, including hangtag. Customer is responsible for return shipping fees and items should be mailed back using secure/trackable shipping. Shipping fees cannot be refunded.

No returns or exchanges on sale items or items being retired.

REPAIR POLICY

We stand behind the quality of all our products and carefully check each bag to assure it meets our standards of highest quality. All of our handbags, totes, and accessories are made exclusively for Collegiate Plaids and are custom designed by us for the colleges and universities. If there is a problem with your bag that is the result of a manufacturing defect, we will be happy to handle the repair for you. Please contact our Customer Service department at customerservice@collegiateplaids.com. Turn around time for a repair is typically 4-6 weeks.

CARE POLICY

Collegiate Plaids products are made of durable cottons and upholstery weight fabrics. But like anything, to extend the life of your handbag, tote or accessory, please treat with care. We recommend initial spot cleaning only and suggest testing a small area with warm water and mild soap. Hand washing is preferable, however some customers have reported success with gentle machine washing and lying flat to dry. If your product has a solid base bottom, please remove base before washing.
